Responsibilities
Work independently and as a senior member of a cross-disciplinary squad
Collaborate closely with distributed teams in the United States
Foster a culture of quality and ownership
Contribute to the development of an evolving data model
Leverage skills and experience to implement solid data delivery
Connect data to multiple platforms outside of CRM
Send data from a CDP to various platforms including CRM
Create Audiences for CRM team
Monitor data quality
Provide mentorship to all members of the team, coaching team members on their personal and career development
Iterative development, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
Work across multiple platforms
Qualification
Required
5 or more years experience in data engineering, MarTech engineering, Marketing Automation or CDP operations
Familiarity working with a CDP, including ingestion, transformation, identity resolution and activation
Strong proficiency in SQL specifically working with Snowflake with familiarity with ETL, ETL processing and data pipelines
Proficiency in Python or equivalent
Familiarity with data modeling for APIs
Strong proven experience in data modeling for behavioral based campaigns
Experience working with Braze
Experience working with CRM team
Familiarity with multiple MarTech systems including MMPs such as Appsflyer or Branch, Ad platforms and Behavioural Analytics Platforms
Working knowledge of consent, privacy and data governance such as GDPR and CCPA
