Legal Receptionist
LHH is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Coordinator / Legal Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, with responsibilities including greeting clients, managing calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to attorneys and staff
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Run errands as needed to support office and attorney needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with general administrative tasks and provide operational support
Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys or office management
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficient computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Efficient multitasking skills and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
Professional demeanor with the ability to work well with clients, attorneys, and staff
