Learning & Development Training Facilitator
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional Learning & Development Training Facilitator to join their team. The role involves facilitating and coordinating programs that promote personal, educational, and employment-related development, ultimately advancing Goodwill's mission to assist Kentuckians in finding and maintaining long-term employment.

Responsibilities
Facilitates timely, high-quality, consistent, creative, and leading-edge learning solutions through multiple modalities that positively impact business and Goodwill metrics
Provides knowledge through facilitation of programs, guiding discussions, and ensuring transfer of learning to participants
Provides comprehensive preparation and review of all facilitator and course materials prior to delivery, including managing all aspects of virtual or in-person delivery
May facilitate education and career-related exploration opportunities using an Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Administers, evaluates, and reports on results from surveys, research, and key performance indicators (KPI)
Develops and maintains a database of resources and training materials to further the professional development of staff and clients
Consistently demonstrates knowledge and practice of effective adult education principles – problem-solving techniques, discussion leading, effective questioning, and conflict resolution
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Awareness of training & development methodologies and the training value chain (assessment, design, development, delivery, measurement, etc.)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or years of experience in lieu of degree in Education, Facilitation, or Training
Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred may be specific and determined based on location, grant, or other requirements
