Responsibilities
Manage the strategy, development, and day-to-day oversight of PPB’s Investor Management System
Own and execute cross-functional projects that improve system performance, data integration, and reporting capabilities
Serve as the primary leader for client onboarding to the investor portal, ensuring a seamless experience and high-touch engagement
Partner with Relationship Management and Advisor Services teams to ensure successful transitions and ongoing support
Drive customer success by continuously evaluating system performance, proactively resolving issues, and developing tools and resources for advisors and stakeholders
Manage and mentor junior team members, promoting growth, operational excellence, and collaboration
Develop scalable internal workflows to support a growing book of business and evolving service offerings
Lead QA processes to ensure data quality, system accuracy, and audit readiness
Build strong partnerships with vendors and third-party service providers to support system functionality and future enhancements
Collaborate on internal training and process documentation to improve system adoption and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or related field; PMP or similar credentials are a plus
4+ years of experience in Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Investor Services, or a related financial services role
Experience leading complex, multi-team projects and managing cross-functional priorities
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with a focus on onboarding and long-term satisfaction
Strong understanding of data management systems (Juniper Square or equivalent highly preferred)
Ability to drive team growth, scale infrastructure, and manage staff
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
