Pack and fulfill e-commerce and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks
Respond to customer service inquiries via email and other channels in a friendly, helpful manner
Maintain accurate shipping records, invoices, and order documentation
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners
Support general operations needs as the business continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Experience with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Shopify
