Responsibilities
Operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program, through the work performed by Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors
Participation in decisions to evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them
Directing and supervising both students and staff to meet service expectations
Involves direct care hours with at-risk youth to provide a supportive environment that addresses their needs
Qualification
Required
Have at least 60 hours of college education and/or military experience, if an external applicant
Have at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
