Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support system integrations involving iPipeline/ IFS and other vendor platforms
Partner with vendors and internal teams on platform upgrades, releases, and production support
Build and support AWS-based infrastructure and services, ensuring security, scalability, and automation
Develop, optimize, and support SQL databases, including performance tuning, backups, recovery, and availability
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and operational runbooks
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience supporting vendor platforms, preferably iPipeline IFS
Strong expertise in SQL (query optimization, schema design, performance, HA/DR concepts)
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-native engineering practices
Experience working across development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
Experience modernizing integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP, API-based integrations)
