Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound financial interfaces, EDI processing, and secure data flows between Oracle ERP and external systems
Drive ERP Cloud and on-premise solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders
Provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications
Deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation
Participate in transition and warranty support
Analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design
Drive requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products
Deliver training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
Qualification
Required
Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

Strong experience in FIG, SOA Gateway, OIC, REST/SOAP services
Deep understanding of RICEFW components, staging tables, and interface architectures
Experience in EDI standards (810, 850, 856) and financial file formats
Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design
Experience in business process redesign or transformation
Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore
Expertise in driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products
Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time
Preferred
Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions
Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc
Ability to work in onsite-offshore models
Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
