Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
Translate business requirements into structured, data-driven software applications
Develop, pilot, and deploy SaaS tools for the Life Sciences industry
Apply AI techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and GraphRAG
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Contribute to analytics and modeling efforts that support better decision-making
Qualification
Required
Up to 4 years of experience in full-stack web application development
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++
Experience with AI-based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques (RAG, fine-tuning, AI Agents, prompt engineering)
Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (or willingness to learn)
Direct experience building tools or models that help customers make better data-driven decisions
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits
Interest in life sciences or healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
