Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for desktop and end-user technologies
Manage and initiate IT projects and modernization initiatives
Supervise and mentor teams of 5+ technicians
Develop enterprise-level documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
Ensure adherence to federal IT security and compliance requirements
Coordinate directly with FSMs, GTMs, and CORs
Support high-impact incidents and enterprise escalations
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of IT support experience with leadership responsibilities
Advanced expertise in Microsoft OS, Office, and enterprise applications
Proven project and team management experience
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred
ITIL certification
