Responsibilities
Organizes and maintains proper document filing, such as slip sheet drawings, schedules, general contractor correspondence
Creates, maintains and assembles logs
Assist and supports Project management with development and assembly of submittals
Assists in setting up projects and mobilization/demobilization
Assembles and manages closeout documents
Assists with and supports field projects
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Preferred
1-3 years related experience and/or training in the construction field
