Responsibilities
Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys
Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research
Master's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package
Experience in survey design and item development
Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
Proficiency with Google suites
Preferred
Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous
