Responsibilities
More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects
At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Developer
7+ years of experience in UI development patterns (including MVC)
Proven experience building complex, scalable web applications
7+ years of experience with .NET and C# for n-tier web deployments
OR 7+ years of experience with Java / Spring Boot for n-tier web or cloud deployments
7+ years of experience developing and maintaining web applications using: HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular Framework, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
7+ years of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) , including: Secure web services, SOAP and RESTful APIs
7+ years of experience with Entity Framework
7+ years of experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit or NUnit preferred)
5+ years of experience using distributed version control systems (e.g., Git)
2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows
2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
2+ years of experience in a federal or state government setting , preferably within Health and Human Services, including: Integrated Eligibility Systems, Public Assistance (PA), Temporary Assistance (TA), SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc
Qualification
Required
