2026 Intern-Raytheon Airborne RF Electronics Electrical-(Onsite)

As an Electrical Engineer Intern, you will support the Airborne RF Electronics Department by troubleshooting hardware and analyzing test data, contributing to the development of advanced electronic systems.

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces
Troubleshooting test sets down to component level to include analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces
Analysis of test data of products to make sure test specifications are met through use of SW (MATLAB) tools
Updating and documenting FPGA designs
Modification of DevSecOps pipelines
Qualification
Required
This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore standing level by the start of Summer 2026
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience in troubleshoot and finding solutions
Experience with coding
Preferred
ABET is the preferred, although not required accreditation standard
A 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
Basic understanding of electronics
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and managing priorities on multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers of various experiences and who represent a variety of work and conflict resolution styles
