Responsibilities
Technology & IT Coordination (Primary Focus)
Coordinate deployment, setup, troubleshooting, and return of company devices (Apple phones, iPads, laptops)
Manage device lifecycle: onboarding new hires, wiping returned devices, tracking inventory
Work with mobile device management software
Serve as the bridge between field teams and external IT vendors—understanding issues and clearly translating them
Coordinate job trailer mobilization and demobilization, including all equipment, supplies, connectivity, logistics and set up
General Office Coordination
Assist President with projects
Assist accounting with invoice questions and issue resolution
Coordinate with payroll when issues arise
Track insurance documents, certifications, and renewals
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
Enjoys troubleshooting devices and helping non-technical users
Able to listen to field staff, understand the real issue, and explain it clearly to IT
Comfortable planning job trailer layouts down to where each person sits
Proactive, dependable, and enjoys owning processes from start to finish
Must enjoy troubleshooting technology, coordinating details, and communicating clearly with both field teams and IT partners
