Responsibilities

Managing and improve existing Distributor partner programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs
Leading new initiatives from inception to execution, driving operational improvements and process efficiencies
Collaborating closely with strategic Distributors to gather requirements, design processes, and implement scalable, streamlined renewal and program initiatives effectively
Implementing partner enablement strategies, ensuring Distributors and Resellers possess essential training, resources, and tools to effectively sell and deliver Akamai solutions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities
Working cross-functionally to define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans
Tracking and analyze Distributor GTM performance across key metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Delivering partner-focused assistance as required to address and resolve partners' issues, questions, and concerns promptly and effectively

Required

5+ years of experience in program management, channel operations, partner programs, or partner enablement, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry
A Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background
Experience supporting distributor or two-tier partner models to effectively contribute to organizational goals and collaborative partnerships
Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to solve complex business challenges
Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive results in a matrixed environment
Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities effectively while adapting to changing business requirements and objectives
Comfortable working in an international environment, engaging with stakeholders across regions and time zones
Well versed in Salesforce, Partner Portals, and Metrics/KPI dashboards
