Maintain the property and ensure a high standard of living for residents
Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Assist with on-call duties and snow removal as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to help with on call and with snow removal
