Responsibilities

Gather and review data on facility or equipment specifications, regulatory constraints, project timelines, and construction feasibility
Coordinate with architecture and engineering firms to develop design criteria and produce layout and detail drawings
Prepare bid packages, contracts, and cost estimates covering equipment, installation, labor, materials, and associated expenses
Inspect or direct inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules

Required

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college in a related discipline with (3)+ years of Professional Experience; or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience
Due to facility requirements, all candidates must be U.S. citizens

Preferred

Considered Experienced, but still a learner
Construction Experienced Preferred but not Required
Facilities or maintenance experience is preferred but not required
State of Florida Professional Engineering License preferred but not required
Knowledge of general construction techniques and procedures
Familiarity with Florida Building Code(s)
Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD experience preferred
