Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance embedded software for a proprietary RF validation device
Write and optimize automation scripts using Python and C/C++
Collaborate with systems engineers to test and integrate device functionality into broader lab test systems
Maintain and update the firmware that controls the hardware platform
Support and improve an internal tool used by team members, ensuring efficiency and reliability
Contribute to the development of new features and improvements based on evolving validation needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable industry experience
3+ years of non-internship professional experience
Must have experience working with UDP/TCP remote desktop systems
Proven experience in embedded software development
Proficiency in Python and C/C++
Experience working with embedded systems in consumer device environments
Ability to maintain and improve internal development tools in a collaborative team setting
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for embedded hardware/software systems
Preferred
Experience with RF systems or embedded RF development
Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) hardware or software
Exposure to AWS or cloud-based infrastructure
