The role involves developing high-quality operational and maintenance content, collaborating closely with engineers and subject-matter experts to create clear and organized documentation.

Responsibilities

Developing high‑quality operational and maintenance content used across technical, engineering, and service teams

Creating and updating specification materials, technical files, and structured document templates

Working directly with engineers and SMEs to clarify details, gather source information, and shape it into well‑organized content

Editing and formatting documents to ensure consistency, readability, and alignment with standards

Managing updates, version control, and timelines across multiple concurrent documentation projects

Qualification

Required

5+ years of professional technical writing experience in engineering, manufacturing, or similarly technical industries

Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign

Strong understanding of document layout, structure, and technical communication best practices

Ability to work effectively on‑site and partner closely with cross‑functional teams

Strong attention to detail and confidence managing several projects simultaneously
