Provide a warm greeting to every guest entering Sailfish Grille
Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times
Manage seating flow to ensure even table distribution
Assist elderly or mobility-limited residents to tables
Know table numbers, server sections, and daily event operations
Notify servers of new tables
Communicate wait times and special requests
Inform management immediately of concerns, complaints, or unusual situations
Run food and drinks when needed
Pre-bus and reset tables to maintain smooth service
Keep bathrooms, dining room, and entry clean throughout the shift
Host must know all events that may affect flow, such as: Karaoke Night, Trivia Night, Specialty Dinners, Private community events, Specialty/Seasonal menus
