Engineering Project Coordinator
SGS Consulting is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to partner with Technical Program Managers in delivering hardware for product development. The role involves strong communication and attention to detail while managing cross-functional teams and logistics.
Responsibilities
Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
Support budget management and forecasting
Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders
Partner with Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
Manage multiple programs concurrently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred not required
Experience working in a startup environment with constant changes
Good communication with team
