Experience in Insurity or ConceptOne and SureMGA platforms
Deep understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance especially Agency and MGA operations
Experience working with policy administration systems underwriting workflows and distribution channels
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the US insurance market
Understanding of API integrations data mapping and workflow automation
Experience with Agile methodologies JIRA and Confluence
As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
Experience leading requirement workshops documenting user stories and driving UAT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in onsite offshore delivery models
