Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end procurement strategy for a $1bn greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project
Work closely with construction leadership to ensure procurement decisions directly support buildability, logistics, and site execution
Lead high-value negotiations with EPCMs, construction contractors, and major equipment suppliers
Oversee procurement of complex pharmaceutical process equipment and supporting utility systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Extensive experience leading procurement on large-scale capital projects ($500m), ideally $1bn greenfield builds
Strong construction acumen with a practical understanding of how procurement decisions impact site execution
Demonstrated experience working with S-curves, cash flow forecasting, and procurement phasing aligned to construction schedules
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA
