Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of division programs, policies, and procedures
Managing and supervising the staff and activities of the Information Technology Division
State-wide system support and maintenance
Development and implementation of ancillary solutions to support program service delivery and management of workload
Data analytics and reporting
Ensure security of global applications, infrastructure and data
Design, configuration and maintenance of operating system software for server, storage, and workstation products and services
Asset inventory and software compliance
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system
Three (3) years of full-time, paid supervisory or managerial work experience over information technology staff in an information technology environment
Possession of a valid Class 'C' driver's license, or equivalent, may be required
As a condition of employment, selected candidates will be required to undergo and pass a background investigation, which may include a Live Scan
Preferred
Possession of a master's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience
