Responsibilities
Define and manage the AI portfolio roadmap across avatars program deployment and AI use cases expansion to serve all types of customers (HCPs, Payors, Patients)
Deploy and operate AI solutions to support operational excellence and productivity through prompting education and AI internal use cases
Take advantage of AI to reinforce compliance at scale
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for AI integration in commercial, IVA and medical workflows
Identify opportunities to internalize AI tech framework for cost effectiveness and strategical hand over in collaboration with Solutions Service
Establish KPIs and success metrics for each initiative, ensuring measurable business value
Represent Lilly externally in AI forums, partnerships, and thought leadership engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in AI strategy, product leadership, or digital transformation
Proven track record of leading enterprise AI initiatives from concept to scale
Experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and avatar technologies
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a relevant field
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries
Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
