Responsibilities
Supporting field escalations
Supporting field service team
Onsite support for various systems and subsystems
Coordinating with many engineering fields to drive solutions
Driving post-mortems and standardizing solutions to drive CIPs and serviceability requirements for new products
Qualification
Required
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of KLA fast film products is a plus
Technical college degree in Engineering, Optics or Electronics, or 2+ years Semiconductor/Medical equipment service support experience
Willing to travel 30-60%
Ability to travel as needed to Chandler Arizona and North Phoenix
English proficient, alongside ability to read and understand technical documents and writings
Require ability to diffuse potentially difficult situations and facilitate solutions agreeable to multiple parties
