Analyze process flows to identify streamlining and efficiency opportunities
Evaluate business functions and processes including those related to wire transfers, credit operations and collateral
Draft workflow diagrams to identify those where AI or other information technology tools could be leveraged
Create dashboards, draft Python scripts or AI agents
Generate project documentation as required
Assist with daily work as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Understanding of business management or finance
Strong technology skills using and creating Python scripts and AI Agents
Ability to create dashboards
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point Applications
Excellent analytical skills
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Strong organizational skills
College coursework required in business management / finance with an information technology focus
