Responsibilities

Serves as the lead subject matter expert for the organization’s loyalty rewards program, managing the strategic roadmap for earning, redemption, and non‑elite member benefits, including full P&L ownership
Leads the development and delivery of senior executive briefings, fostering trust and ensuring alignment on strategic direction
Uses member insights and behavioral data to drive initiatives that create meaningful impact on the program’s financial performance
Owns partner award pricing and collaborates closely with Revenue Management on award pricing for operated flights
Establishes business requirements for new features and manages initiatives through full program execution
Oversees the strategy for direct sales of loyalty currency to members
Defines the long‑term vision for the loyalty currency and manages program promotions targeted at general members
Develops and optimizes member engagement and financial performance reporting, ensuring dashboards clearly present key insights for executive audiences
Influences targeting and testing strategies to continually enhance and optimize loyalty program performance
Collaborates with customer insights, UX, customer experience, operations, and technology teams—as well as internal and external partners—to measure understanding, usage, and satisfaction with loyalty program benefits and identify improvement opportunities
Applies deep knowledge of the competitive loyalty landscape, both domestically and internationally, and understands how the organization can differentiate and win

Required

7 years of experience in loyalty, revenue management, marketing, strategy, finance, business development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree, or an additional two years of relevant training or experience in lieu of a degree
Strong understanding of loyalty program design, revenue management principles, and partnership structures
Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and navigate complex datasets
Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred

Experience developing and driving strategic plans
Passion for loyalty programs, customer experience, and platform development
Proficiency with Excel, Alteryx, and/or Tableau
