Interns will assist in the development and testing of automations used in credit union operations while collaborating with team members to optimize existing processes.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and testing of automations used in credit union operations
Collaborate with team members to monitor and troubleshoot faulted automations
Participate in meetings to gather requirements and document new project ideas and procedures
Review existing processes and update documentation & assessments
Support the maintenance and optimization of existing automations and PowerApps
Assist the team with internal infrastructure alignment projects
Complete assigned projects & training courses within specified deadlines
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
Open to current students or 2025/2026 graduates ONLY
Ability to work part-time or full-time hybrid in Tampa, FL (20-40 hours)
Proficiency in programming languages, preferably VB.Net
Familiarity with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Apps & Flows
Extensive Excel knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Previous experience or coursework in software development is a plus
