Responsibilities
TMO liaison: Engage with TMO through meetings, development of required testing documents (plans, test scenarios etc)
Test Strategy: Develop/engage in partnership with core team and TMO to develop & socialize upcoming test strategy (Cycle 3, Cycle 4, UAT, Payroll Parallel)
Testing Mgmt.: Develop/Maintain testing tools (dashboards, sheets etc)
Metrics: develop, maintain, report metrics for testing status
Daily mgmt. of testing with HR testing team: Facilitate stand ups, drive burndown to completion, monitor and manage defects
Project mgr./Product lead engagement/partnership: Raise testing issues, risks, provide input for status updates
