Architecture Patterns Apply clean architecture separation of concerns service layers selector patterns and domaindriven object modeling Optimize for governor limits bulkification SOQL selectivity caching collections query plans Use Platform Cache Custom MetadataSettings and Custom Labels for configurable solutions Design eventdriven patterns using Platform EventsChange Data Capture where appropriate
Integrations Data Build robust RESTSOAP integrations using Named Credentials External Services and JWTOAuth flows Design idempotent integration logic retries and error handling with structured logs Work with large data volumes LDV indexed queries skinny tables with SF support Bulk APIDataloader strategies
Quality Security DevOps Enforce code quality via peer reviews static analysis and high unitintegration test coverage 85 and meaningful assertions Implement transaction security Shield best practices if applicable field encryption and audit logging Contribute to CICD CopadoAzure DevOpsGitHub Actions branching packaging unlockedmanaged where applicable automated tests and deployment orchestration
Collaboration Delivery Translate user stories into technical designs sequence diagrams and data contracts Partner with architects BAs QA and integration teams participate in grooming estimation and release readiness Mentor developers on LWC performance Apex design patterns and Flow guardrails support production triage and root cause analysis
Qualification
Required
5 - 9 years of Salesforce development experience Core Platform
Expert in LWC Apex SOQL SOSL Flows and Lightning Experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce security sharing OWD roles criteria based sharing sharing sets rules and enforcing FLSCRUD
Proven experience with APIs integrations RESTSOAP Named Credentials OAuthJWT
Hands-on with unit testing Apex Jest for LWC debugging logs debug levels checkpoints and Performance tuning
Apex CPUheap SOQL selectivity component render times
Experience with DevOps Git code reviews branching strategies and automated deployments CopadoAzure DevOpsGitHub Actions
Comfort with data tooling Data Loader Workbench Bulk API and migration orderofoperations
Bachelors degree in CSIT or equivalent experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I required
Preferred
Platform Developer II preferred
Experience with Platform EventsCDC Async patterns MuleSoft Kafka integrations
Knowledge of CRM Analytics or Data Cloud fundamentals
Exposure to OmniStudio Experience Cloud or Service Console optimization
Domain experience in Automotive Manufacturing After Sales if relevant to your program
