Responsibilities
Plan, manage and monitor complex Technology Development programs (within PMA/TPP governance)
Own scope, resources, schedule, budget, and risk management
Ensure alignment with MRD/PRD targets and internal quality standards
Collaborate closely with Device, Integration, Yield, AME, Operations, IE, QA and other technical teams
Lead core teams and drive alignment across all program phases
Influence stakeholders effectively without formal authority in a highly technical environment
Prepare and conduct program reviews (e.g., PMA, TPC, gate reviews)
Manage changes, escalations, and risk mitigation
Represent the program to senior management, global teams, and customers
Apply and contribute to the enhancement of PM tools and processes (e.g., MS Project, Anaplan, Clarity)
Drive continuous improvement of workflows, KPIs, reporting, and governance
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science, or comparable technical field
Several years of experience in semiconductor technology, technology development, or complex technical project work
Strong understanding of FinFet technologies, semiconductor process flows, or process integration
Preferred
Proven success in leading complex technical projects or programs
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, results‑oriented way of working
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multiple hierarchical levels
Ability to drive clarity and decisions in dynamic and technically challenging environments
