The Operations Intern will support the Service Center Operations department, gaining exposure to equipment management, transportation coordination, and operations planning.

Responsibilities
Other duties and projects, as assigned
Under supervision, assist in the planning, supervision, and control of available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts
Gain understanding of load planning safety and maintenance
Assist in job task assignment according to unloading and loading schedules
Gain exposure to work assignment coordination, and performance monitoring
Provide a clean, safe working environment for all personnel and visiting customers

Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a college degree
Basic computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment Upon Hire
Preferred
Supply Chain and Business majors
Minimum 2.5 GPA
