Senior Level, Lead/StaffiShift is seeking a Senior Arista Network Engineer to support a large-scale Juniper to Arista network migration project. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and executing a seamless cutover while ensuring network stability and performance throughout the transition.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute Juniper to Arista network migration and cutover activities
Design, configure, and deploy Arista EOS-based data center and enterprise networks
Translate Juniper configurations (Junos) to Arista EOS standards and best practices
Plan and perform low-risk cutovers, validation, and rollback strategies
Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 networking issues during migration phases
Collaborate with customer engineering, operations, and project teams
Qualification
Required
Senior-level hands-on experience with Arista EOS in production environments
Strong background with Juniper networking (Junos OS)
Expertise in data center networking (BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MLAG, STP)
Experience leading large-scale network migrations or vendor transitions
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Preferred
Arista ACE / Juniper JNCIE or equivalent certifications
Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments
