The role involves working closely with warehouse users and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize RF-enabled warehouse processes integrated with JD Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end RFSmart implementation, configuration, and rollout across warehouse operations
Configure RFSmart transactions for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
Provide post-go-live support and AMS for RFSmart applications
Troubleshoot RFSmart issues and recommend continuous improvements
Design, configure, and support warehouse processes including: Receiving and put-away, Picking, packing, and shipping, Inventory movements and cycle counting, Lot, serial, and License Plate Number (LPN) management
Optimize warehouse workflows to improve accuracy, productivity, and traceability
Integrate RFSmart with JD Edwards (E1) or Oracle ERP / NetSuite
Work with JD Edwards modules including: Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, extensions, and custom RF transactions
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business and warehouse users
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and SOPs
Perform functional testing, SIT and UAT, and support defect resolution
Assist with go-live planning, execution, and stabilization
Train end users, warehouse supervisors, and operations teams on RFSmart mobile solutions
Act as a liaison between business, IT, and RFSmart technical teams
Provide issue analysis, root cause identification, and enhancement recommendations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience working with RFSmart solutions
Strong hands-on experience with RFSmart transaction setup and configuration
Proven experience integrating RFSmart with JD Edwards or Oracle ERP
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations
Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution environments
Knowledge of barcode scanning, mobile devices, and label printing
Experience working with RF handheld devices (Zebra, Honeywell, or similar)
Understanding of RF architecture, mobility concepts, and performance tuning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
