Remote Customer Support Associate
Triptastic Adventures is expanding its remote support team and is seeking dependable individuals who enjoy assisting clients. In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and related services while providing excellent customer support in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Assist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable internet access and smartphone (a computer is also strongly recommended)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
