Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and field-based roles including claims, underwriting, and customer operations
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
Lead employer branding efforts through job postings, career content, and recruiting initiatives
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and pre-employment processes
Deliver a professional, inclusive, and responsive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Represent the company brand effectively to candidates and external partners
Support onboarding and new-hire training logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and communications
Partner with Talent Management Lead and training to ensure new hires are enrolled in required onboarding, compliance, role-specific training, and relevant programs
Assist with tracking training completion and maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
Support learning initiatives and programs such as early-career/internship programs, leadership development cohorts, and internal training sessions as needed
Help identify onboarding or training gaps based on hiring manager and new-hire feedback
Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with employment laws and internal controls appropriate for a public company
Maintain accurate recruiting and training-related data in the ATS, HRIS, and learning systems
Track recruiting and onboarding metrics such as time-to-fill, new-hire readiness, and training completion
Support audit-ready documentation and reporting
Collaborate with People Operations team members, hiring managers, and training team to ensure smooth transitions from offer to productivity
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and training coordination processes
Support cross-functional People Operations initiatives related to talent readiness and workforce planning
Perform other duties, as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Insurance or related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered
4+ years' experience in recruiting or talent operations
Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Professional judgment and confidentiality
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
Experience working with ATS, HRIS, and/or learning management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and process discipline
Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to improve outcomes
Ability to adapt to changing environments and adjust recruiting and onboarding strategies accordingly
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals
Ability to think critically and objectively
Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
