Responsibilities
Diagnosing and addressing bottlenecks in current developer workflows and tools
Standardizing local development setups, CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, and testing infrastructure
Be the internal expert on modern tooling, especially NextJS and CI/CD practices
Optimizing build performance
Establishing a standardized local development environment
Creating processes for adopting new tools and workflows efficiently
Reducing flaky tests
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant experience improving developer productivity and tooling
Strong expertise with modern developer tools (NextJS or similar frontend bundlers, CI/CD pipelines)
Proven success in identifying and solving complex bottlenecks in complex, organically grown codebases
Structured and proactive mindset capable of designing clear, intuitive, and sustainable workflows from ambiguous requirements
