They are seeking a full-time Mold Set Up Technician who will be responsible for setting up and removing molds on injection molding machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring production quality.

Setting up and removing molds on the injection molding machines
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Monitoring production quality
Ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently
Maintaining safety standards

Routine maintenance and adherence to company protocols
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in mold set-up, troubleshooting, and plastic injection molding processes
Experience with machine operation, including interpreting blueprints and using precision tools
Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industrial safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical certifications being a plus
Preferred
Previous experience in a plastic injection molding facility
