They are seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Maintenance and Engineering to oversee the upkeep and repair of the physical plant, leading the Engineering team to ensure all systems are maintained and repaired efficiently.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule and oversee all preventative maintenance operations
Plan and coordinate use of all contractors
Order/Inventory all M/E supplies
Supervise and coordinate the staff for maintenance and repair of all MEP systems
Assist in hiring/training/evaluation of M/E staff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years Maintenance & Engineering experience
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Building Management Systems, and Plumbing systems
Ability to develop, implement and evaluate an organized system of delegating work to staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license required
Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, push, and stretch for extended amounts of time
Must be able to climb and descend ladders and stairs
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience of a maintenance team preferred
