Help Desk
C4 Technical Services is seeking a Help Desk professional to provide end user support and troubleshooting. The role involves utilizing the Ivanti ITSM ticketing system and working closely with doctors and administrative teams to ensure effective support.
Responsibilities
End user support & troubleshooting
Ivanti ITSM ticketing system. (highly preferred)
Active Directory
Microsoft Shop-M365, Azure, Admin Portal, Exchange
Ticket volume varies but good is considered completing anywhere from 5-10 tickets per day
Working with Doctors and Administrative team-likeability, great attitude, empathetic, and compassionate are character traits he is looking for
