Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant
Phigenics is a leader in water management and safety, helping organizations protect people, optimize operations, and maintain compliance across complex building water systems. They are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to assist prospects and customers in understanding, designing, and adopting their software and services through a collaborative and consultative approach.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers, gaining insight into their facilities, water systems, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges
Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that combine Phigenics software (e.g., phiAnalytics), monitoring, testing, and consulting services
Deliver product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and solution presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences
Address questions related to data capture, system architecture, integrations, compliance workflows, and reporting
Support RFP responses, proposals, and proofs‑of‑concept
Provide guidance on best practices for water management programs, system monitoring, and data‑driven risk reduction
Clearly articulate how Phigenics’ platform enables compliance, defensibility, and improved operational decision‑making
Work with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to communicate customer feedback, identify gaps, and inform product roadmap decisions
Ensure smooth transitions from pre‑sales activities to implementation and ongoing customer success
Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience
Technical expertise in water management and safety
Ability to conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers
Skill in translating customer needs into tailored solutions
Experience delivering product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs
Ability to address questions related to data capture, system architecture, integrations, compliance workflows, and reporting
Experience supporting RFP responses, proposals, and proofs-of-concept
Ability to provide guidance on best practices for water management programs
Skill in articulating how Phigenics' platform enables compliance and improved operational decision-making
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Services
Ability to communicate customer feedback and inform product roadmap decisions
Skill in ensuring smooth transitions from pre-sales activities to implementation and ongoing customer success
