Responsibilities

Provides coordinating services, keeps official records, and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officials, within area of assigned responsibility
Creates documents/materials/data that follow organizational standards and branding
Oversee the preparation of management and productivity reports and studies
Organizes special investigations and research studies
Establishes goals and objectives; develops and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals; and coordinates evaluation activities
Coordinates the implementation of techniques/activities for evaluating business functions or division or department activities
Organize budget requests, monitor budget expenditures, and make adjustments as necessary for programs/conferences
Coordinates, monitors, and evaluates policies and procedures and monitors compliance with policies and procedures
Identifies areas of needed change and makes recommendations to improve operations
Provides technical guidance for a business function, division, or department
May coordinate plans and activities for staff development, programs and conferences
May coordinate the preparation, development, review, and revision of legislation
May represent the business function, division, or department at meetings, conferences, and seminars or committees

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
