Responsibilities
Engage maintenance leaders in meaningful reviews of KPIs to determine appropriate responses to close gaps
Coach and train Essential Element owners on implementation and gap closure, to the MSE standard
Lead the creation of standard PM plans on RC standard assets, utilizing the site technical resources
Daily coaching at FMOS and maintenance meetings
Implement and coach CMMS best practices
Lead the implementation of the Lubrication Management program
Collaborating with the site MSE lead to support the implementation of AM, through the PM pillar
Actively participate in regional connections to share best practices and learn from others
Lead cross functional teams through complex technical problem-solving sessions to drive to root cause and build capability
Build and maintain a 3-year road map for PM pillar transformation
Coach team on Predictive Maintenance implementation and management processes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
3+ years of experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods (specifically, PM, and AM)
3+ years prior experience as a mentor, coach, team lead, supervisor or manager
Proven experience as a trainer
RCA, FMEA, complex problem-solving experience
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical Degree
