Responsibilities
Develop and co-create an agencywide AI strategy aligned with mission outcomes and citizen services
Define principles for ethical AI use, including fairness and transparency
Collaborate with agency programs to identify AI opportunities and define measurable success metrics
Lead training programs to build AI literacy across roles
Ensure AI projects comply with technical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Work closely with OT to monitor performance and improve AI solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience
Experience with AI technologies, machine learning, and data governance
Experience in the government or public sector
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI strategy, data analytics, or IT
2+ years of experience with AI technologies and machine learning
Strong strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement experience
