Sr. Technical Program Manager - Marketing Productivity Strategist, AWS Events Tech Team

Responsibilities
Interview users across marketing personas (IDC campaign managers, event marketers, ABM specialists, content teams) to understand current workflows
Document current state process maps showing manual steps, handoffs, and pain points; create future state process maps showing optimized workflows
Identify automation opportunities and map workflows to platforms
Deliver validated workflow documentation and prioritized opportunity backlog
Document current integration architecture across Workfront, Airtable, Asana, and Quick Suite; identify integration gaps and opportunitiesCreate future state architecture vision showing how platforms should connect
Design MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration strategy enabling AI agents in Quick Suite to query/automate across productivity tools
Map integration opportunities to persona workflows with effort estimates
Evaluate native AI capabilities in Airtable (Omni AI) and Workfront (AI Assistant)
Interview power users to identify where AI can automate manual tasks (data entry, reporting, approvals)
Catalog high-impact AI use cases across different teams; pilot AI workflows with real users and measure time savings
Create implementation guides for top automation opportunities with ROI analysis
Establish baseline cycle time measurements for critical marketing processes
Design data collection methodology and automate metric collectionIdentify bottlenecks in current workflows; track improvements as new workflows deploy
Define how Quick Suite integrates with Workfront Fusion and Airtable APIs
Enable marketers to build agent-enabled workflows without code
Partner with internal teams on Quick Suite enablement and ongoing engineering support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
5+ years of technical program management experience designing and optimizing complex workflows for enterprise marketing organizations
Experience conducting user research, creating process documentation, and translating user pain points into automation opportunities
Experience with API integrations, automation architecture, and assessing technical feasibility
Proven ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional alignment
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or Airtable administration and workflow design
Background in marketing operations or marketing technology strategy
Familiarity with AWS Quick Suite, AI-powered productivity tools, or similar platforms
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar integration frameworks
Knowledge of AI automation tools and agent-based workflows
Experience piloting AI/ML solutions and measuring productivity impact
