Responsibilities
Ensure vehicle fleets are correctly configured for their intended operations by developing and managing processes to monitor configuration changes and trigger reconfiguration as needed
Lead the timely resolution of rework and containment activities, coordinating vehicle availability, technician capacity, work instructions, and parts readiness across teams
Maintain high fleet uptime to maximize revenue-generating service operations and R&D testing throughput
Own and continuously improve maintenance and repair process flows, including defining KPIs to measure speed, efficiency, and outcomes
Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies within maintenance and repair workflows, partnering cross-functionally to implement solutions that reduce downtime and improve service quality
Develop long-term operational support plans aligned with vehicle build schedules, including parts demand forecasting and technician headcount planning
Partner with engineering teams to plan and execute the decommissioning of retired fleet vehicles
Qualification
