Responsibilities
Serve as the knowledge specialist for products, suppliers, and other business-facing data
Collect and organize data from multiple sources while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
Identify data gaps and take proactive actions to address them
Maintain and update the Data Dictionary to ensure current and accurate information
Review Brand Standards Guide documents and convert product data into standardized data templates
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, definitions, and processes
Develop a thorough understanding of data processes and overall data flow between HSM systems
Examine system data mapping, profile the data, and provide recommendations on appropriate mappings
Engage with business and data stakeholders to resolve questions or issues in a timely manner
Assist with defining success criteria and metrics for ongoing monitoring of data quality
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from the data warehouse
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all data
Facilitate the integration of data from various sources, ensuring consistency and coherence
Qualification
Required

One to two years of data stewardship, data analysis, or related experience
One year experience in any Master Data Management tool such as Informatica
One to two years of experience in Microsoft SQL
