Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support, resolving issues and coordinating escalations as needed
Support and maintain core business systems and tools, including Google Workspace, O365, Active Directory, VoIP, collaboration platforms, IdP, and internal applications
Manage employee hardware and office technology, including device setup, patching, endpoint security, licenses, troubleshooting, inventory tracking, repairs, and replacements
Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, devices, and system access
Implement and maintain scalable IT service processes, including ticketing systems, documentation, and standard operating procedures
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled support tools
Conduct periodic access reviews and support security incident response for employee devices
Manage relationships with external vendors and recommend resourcing strategies as support needs evolve
Provide guidance or supervision to junior IT staff as the function grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
At least 3-5 years' experience
Previous experience supervising junior team members
Experience providing IT support in a corporate or professional services environment, preferably a regulated environment (financial services)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause resolution
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Active Directory, and common collaboration technologies
Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, and IT service workflows
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
